me trying to install my 3 inch lift kit from rough country. after the lift was installed i did get some of the death woubble but only once it still shake a little at high way speeds. i would recoment that any one wanting to put a lift on your ride check all of your stearing components and upgrade them to stronger one that can take the abuse. also get an alinement done and make sure to check your casters so that your axle is properly alined with the frame. if any one breaks the rear shock bolts in the unabody please don’t make a new bracket just simply drill out the broken bolts and use a tap and die set to create new threads and buy new grade 8 bolts that will work with the new threads you made. and again for my rear brake line i bought a 96 ford ranger rear brake line and had to mod the bracket mount to the axle vent hose will work with it. i am glad i dident go with a full leaf pack because of all the rust i had on my jeep would make it almost impossible to remove the old leaf spring bolts

When mortise cylinders and lock cases are new they screw together without a problem. Often times a mortise cylinder is forced out of a lock without loosening the retaining screw. Other times an inexperienced person will force a mortise cylinder into a lock crooked. These actions result in stripping the threads of the cylinder or the lock case itself. The HPC Mortise Cylinder Lock Tap & Die Set was designed to repair this type of damage. The Tap can easily be twisted into a stripped lock case cutting new useable threads into an otherwise ruined lock. The Holding Fixture secures a stripped mortise cylinder in your vise while you use the Die to repair the threads. The Tap and Die are available separately and come complete in a metal storage box

PLEASE RATE, COMMENT AND SUBSCRIBE IF YOU LIKE THE VIDEOS !! A quick video that explains what torque is and why its important to use a torque wrench when working on your vehicle. Demonstrated in this video is the clicker style which are very accurate and reliable. When replacing parts that seal with a gasket it is a must that the bolts be tightened to the correct torque specified by the manufacturer. A good example of this are your cars head bolts. They must be tightened in a special pattern 3 seperate times, increasing the amount of torque as you go. So with the 2.2L sohc honda motor you would follow the tightening sequence (found in the service manual) and tighten the bolts to 22ft lbs. Then follow the sequence and tighten them all to 51 ft lbs, finally follow the sequence again and bring them to their final torque which is 78ft lbs. You cannot just initally tighten head bolts to their maximum specified torque. The gasket between the block and the head will eventually start leaking. Some people don’t always use torque wrenchs when tightening single bolts. They claim they can tighten it by “feel”. More often than not these are the people that snap bolts and wind up needing to use a Tap & Die set to fix a big mess (see my other videos). Following the manufactures specified torque will save you a lot of headaches. Be sure never to use your torque wrench to loosen bolts, you only want to use it to apply torque. These wrenches need to be be recalibrated every 6-8 months or …

To obtain this secret combo card you need to combine a queen and nectar. The zombies that put their arms in the air usually have such a queen. To find such zombies you need to progress in the story a bit, they will spawn after you gave katey zombrex for the second time.To get nectar you just have to find a beer and jelly beans and mix them together. Of course nectar can be created with other food and drinks as well, but this combination seems to be the easiest and fastest. This combo card is also needed for the Trophies / Achievements: “Full Deck” & “Couriously Inventive” (All combo cards / all hidden combo cards) To Download this Video in High Quality and for more helpful Trophyguides & Game Montages visit www.powerpyx.com Thanks for watching, ~PowerPyx Productions~

Brief description on how to use a tap and die set. *Note* This hole did not go all the way through if it does make sure to run the tap passed the end of the hole. Also instead of using an oversized bolt they sell an attachment that pulls the old bolt out. You just drill a small hole through the bolt, screw the special tip in the hole and remove the old bolt. If using this method it may be nessisary to run the correct size tap in the hole just to renew the threads not to cut a larger hole.

This video demonstrates a typical offset machining operation where an absolutely rigid spindle lock is needed for successful completion. Any rotation of the part during deep drilling or tapping would result in binding or shattering of the tool and perhaps a ruined part. The situation will be even more critical when the trunnion table is installed and the offsets can be much greater. The latest spindle lock can generate 105 FT-lbs of torque at the spindle.
